Markdown not supported in codelist descriptions

I noticed some codelists with markdown descriptions but this doesn't look to be supported. E.g. [this codelist](https://www.opencodelists.org/codelist/opensafely/pharmacy-first-acute-otitis-media-treatment/25601363/).
