Project Description
The proposed system is a Resume Recommendation Engine designed for HR teams who want an intelligent hiring assistant without the complexity of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Instead of manually going through hundreds of resumes, HR managers can simply upload a job description and candidate resumes.The system will:
Parse resumes to extract key information like skills, education, and experience.
Use AI/NLP algorithms to compare resumes with the job description.
Generate a ranked list of candidates based on job relevance.
This solution is lightweight, cost-effective, and can be integrated with existing HR software or used as a standalone tool. It is especially useful for SMEs, startups, and educational institutions that need fast and efficient resume screening without investing in expensive ATS platforms.
With features like resume parsing, candidate ranking, and job fit scoring, the system empowers HR teams to make better hiring decisions in less time.
