returns token without correct hostname and https prefix

Hello,
I just tried your discovery service for out juju installation, it looks like it does not working.

1. it returns emptyness instead discoveryserver-address value
2. there are no option to configure https instead http

3. there is a problem with deploying on 22.04 and 24.04 ubuntu versions (possibly because bases restrionstions in your manifest).
