🐛 Describe the bug

so my open utau singer wouldnt sing, like it would crash each time i tried to play nothing happened or it would crash. now i updated it and turned on beta. it still wont sing and when i tried to go to preferences to turn it off it crashes

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. have open utau updated and beta on
2. have english teto on (im not sure if this works in all)
3. make any test sound
4. exit that and go back to the singer screen
5. press play button
6. go back to main menu
7. try going to preferences
8. it should crash there

As a clarifying question, would it sing when you pressed the play button?
Another clarifying question: Did it crash at preferences or while editing the sounds?

if it crashed when you played your project, it might be cause you have your maximum render threads are too high, and its causing openutau to crash. try opening openutau without opening any projects, then go to Tools>Preferences>Rendering and lower the Maximum Render Threads to 3 and below, and then restart openutau and try playing your project.
