set WEAVE_TEST_OPTIONS as environment variable when invoke happy-shell
Goal:
Since we already have all node information saved in ~/.happy_state.json, the information should be passed to node shell automatically as env variable when we do happy-shell to a happy node, so we don’t need to type again from command line.
Save node information in env when using happy-shell, so node-id information will be loaded automatically.
