Write scripts to import data from current production jenkins into test

The build data will be stored in a separate location so that it is possible to disconnect one master and connect another one and continue with the same state.

• Job configurations can come from GIT via the SCM configuration plugin. Would be good if we can have a readonly switch so that we can just pull the configs in at start up. But only enable the sync when we go to production. That allows people to make changes to the config in production but we can still do a comparitative test.
  • Will need to make sure that environment specific information is stored in some way so that we can easily switch it, e.g. deployment locations, nuget feeds etc. should be from some environment configuration which is different between prod and test.

How are we going to deal with build data. We don't want to lose that. Having it on a separate disk that gets attached is one idea but that means that we can't have the same data in the test environment.
