Replace the backend of Alice Novel from MAUI Native to Blazor (Alice Aqua)

For now, the main development of Alice Novel has stopped for a long time. The main reason for this is the difficulty to release cross-platform. Actually, it is now released on Windows (Microsoft Store) only. I want to release it on Android, iOS and macOS, but it's so difficult due to monetization or testing requirements.

I think a web release is better than native release. Acutually, Alice Aqua released on web, so it runs on almost all platforms, including smartphones. Then, I think integrating Alice Novel and Alice Aqua is better than current Alice Novel.

What do you think of this idea?

The effect of this change

✅ メリット

• メンテナンス (維持) が簡単に
• UI が HTML/CSS ベースなので開発が容易
• UI とコードの分離が進まるかも
• ウェブ版は公開難易度が低下
• 開発力の統合 (今までは Alice Novel と Alice Aqua で別に開発していたため、後者の開発速度が遅かった)

⬜ ニュートラル

• MAUI/Blazor 関連の CI/CD の資産維持
• ネイティブ版はウェブ特有の CPU 制限がないため、ウェブ版 Blazor wasm よりも処理速度が高速¹

❌ デメリット

• (そもそも) Alice Novel がネイティブである必要性が低い
  • 実態としては Alice Aqua では? (Alice Aqua を Alice Novel に統合する計画だが、影響力的には逆では?)
• 今まで MAUI で開発していた資産がほとんど無くなる
