Sunshine and nvidia GPU for Windows 10 22h2

Hi
I checked this app on Linux. it works. But, when I tried with Windows 10 (Allow Windows firewall, allow this app with VPN split tunneling). Moonlight on iOS/Android cannot detect it. I suppose. this app does not support Windows 10 with nvidia GPU. Is that so?
