Dear all @TMSMultiLab/meetings ,
Our next meeting will be given by new TMSMultiLab member, Gleb Perevoznyuk. Gleb has been working on some Python software to automate the analysis of EMG data from TMS studies.
I've always been surprised at the lack of common analysis pipelines and/or tools in TMS (lots are available!), so learning more about what is possible and how is a Top Priority for TMSMultiLab. GitHub is designed for building software, so you should expect to see a lot more of this on TMSMultiLab...

We'll start at 14:00 on Friday 24th April.
In last month's meeting we heard from Tahnée Engelen how corticospinal excitability varies with other bodily systems. Many thanks to Tahnée for the presentation, and for Valentina for hosting. We will always need more topics, so send any suggestions my way...
This summer, we are thinking about running a Hackathon Event. It would be online-only, over two days, and open to all, across time-zones. If you are interested, please subscribe to the #Hackathon channel on Slack and/or contact me...
We will need at least ten people, and at least one topic to work on. Ideas -> Slack / email / GitHub Discussion. There will be a Poll to get your ideas soon...
cheers for now,
N
