You don't have an unmute alias in your config so it sounds like its working as intended? Try !unban <banned-mask> or !unban <nick> instead.

There isn't an unquiet command, the services fantasy command is !unmute.

and what alias for short for mute too like !m nickname that get muted. and !um nickname then unmuted what alias.conf command should be?
