Feature Request: Add "No Action" to the "On Record Click" and "On Record Value Click" dropdowns

I have a feature request that should help tailor the user experience a bit:

On Record Lists, can you add a “No Action” option to the “On Record Click” and “On Record Value Click” dropdowns, so that if this option is selected, no record is opened?

Note: Inline editing should still function as usual, regardless of the option selected.

This will allow the administrator to restrict the editing experience to inline-only. If you combine this with the ability to restrict which fields may be inline-edited, then you have a way to tailor the user interface and restrict actions that you don't want the user to inadvertently take.
