New forums to replace the lists server

Hi

as announced on the lists last week, the servers in the current RH datacenter are decommissioned, and so I am winding down the infrastructure. I moved the download server to EC2, as well as the public lists archives. I will move Jenkins and drop down the rest (eg, monitoring, etc). In the mean time, please use the discussions here, and do not hesitate to as if you need more sections/categories.

@mscherer, could you please address @zxh326's question? The download.gluster.org repositories are currently unavailable — is that because of the ongoing infrastructure migration? And are there any estimated timelines for when they might be restored? Thank you in advance.
