Entering test mode

@Tartarus6 @noisetta Found out that by placing a file named hiby_linux_factory_mode on the root of the SD Card the device will show a diagnostic menu with LED test, screen test etc.

The file can be an empty .txt without the extension (the hiby_player binary only checks if this file is present)

After doing the test a log.txt file will be created on the SD Card.

It just writes if a test succeded or failed

Note:

Using this mode will reset the settings. Found out the hard way! It deleted my music database too ffs

It basically factory resetted itself

Thankfully I have a backup of the database

Very interesting find! That's a really useful diagnostic tool to know about. The factory reset behavior is a serious gotcha though, we should make sure that's prominently warned about in the docs so nobody else loses their database.

I'll add documentation for this. In the meantime would you be able to confirm whether the reset happens as soon as the file is detected on boot, or only after running one of the tests?

@noisetta I entered test mode without starting any test, powered the device off, deleted the file hiby_linux_factory_mode and powered it on. The factory reset happens regardless.
The hiby_player binary probably needs all settings to be on their default values to enter test mode, that's why it triggers a factory reset.

Thanks for confirming that. So the reset is unconditional on boot, makes sense that the binary needs a clean default state before running hardware tests. I've added that to the documentation.
