[BUG?] Issues with migration and itch integration

I'm having an issue migrating v2 to v3. I think somehow my user id is different between them, based on the
V2 cloud migration error: Error: V2 download failed: 500 error in the dev console.

Separately, linking to my itch.io doesn't seem to work?
It redirects to itch, but after coming back, the browser page either locks up, or it gives me a message saying there was a problem with linking itch.

I'm having trouble reproducing this. Which browser are you using? Do you have any adblocking/vpn/security software running?

This might be a related issue: when I look in the content manager, the LCP directory isn't functional for me either, it just errors and remains stuck and "loading" forever, with a 500 in the network tab while trying to talk to the AWS endpoint. Really strange.

EDIT: Just tried this in Chromium and it seems to work, so it might just be an issue with Waterfox, or my local browser config. I'll investigate further.

Waterfox seems to make the request to AWS with an idempotency-key header, but Chromium doesn't, and it seems to be the only thing which changes the result, so maybe that's it?

EDIT: Firefox and Waterfox have a setting built-in which automatically included the header.

Toggling network.http.idempotencyKey.enabled to false and suddenly everything is working, so that's the culprit!

that's interesting -- I manually gen the idempotency key so maybe it's sending another in the request then my backend interprets it as a duplicated command? I'll see if there's something I can do to detect that setting and let it override mine.

From a fresh install of FF and WF: it looks like FF's idempotency key gen is disabled by default, whereas WF's is enabled
