Pilot organization and sorting could use improvements

on pilot organization, it would also be helpful if the organize menu listed at least one mech name. I'm finding it somewhat difficult to organize since a good number of my pilots went un-named and un-callsigned outside of a mech name, which means you can't tell from the organize menu what's going on with them.

this also exists with the pilot view to an extent, because it shows talents and core bonuses but not licenses or a frame.

...also, the ability to set a pilot's group from the pilot directly, rather than from the organize menu or the 'transfer pilots' button.

the transfer pilots button should probably ... not exist in the way it currently does. it's not particularly usable at high pilot counts, even if they were all unique.
