Pilot sheet navigation buttons are tiny

The bottom navigation buttons when navigating a pilot, and the sorting buttons when looking at a pilot's active mechs, are very small.

It would be nice if these could be made on par with the "add new mech" button.

I'll consider this, though I don't want them to feel obtrusive. More people than I expected like to use c/c in a half (or even smaller) screen configuration and I want to make sure I'm not crowding an already crowded UI with the ribbon
