Content Manager LCP Directory Links point at author websites instead of direct link

Description

In the Content Manager, in the LCP Directory, the outgoing links to the LCPs (both official Massif and Community Content) link to the author's website instead of the direct content page itself. This affects both the "new tab" button in the rightmost column and the "itch.io store page" button visible after expanding an LCP's details.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Content Manager -> LCP Directory
2. Click the "outgoing link" button for "Lancer: Dustgrave"
3. Observe the link goes to the itch.io storefront for Massif Press instead of Dustgrave itself.
4. Return to Comp/Con. Expand the details for "Lancer: Dustgrave" using the drop down arrow.
5. Click the "itch.io store page" button
6. Observe the link goes to the itch.io storefront for Massif Press instead of Dustgrave itself (again).

Additional Information

The "Author's Website" link also points at the author's website, but this is expected behavior (so it's not a matter of swapping the variables somewhere, more likely just using the wrong variable or link).
