[BUG/UX] Engineer's Talent Prototype Weapon

Description

The weapon Limited charges roll button is setup incorrectly, it roll a number between a range of 1-8 (for rank 1, which should be 1d6+2) or 1-12 (for rank 3, which should be 2d6)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Pilot, then take Engineer Talent as Rank I and Rank III respectively.
2. Go to said Pilot Mech Hangar, create a Mech, then go to the created Mech profile.
3. Press Uses button of the Prototype Weapon several times.
4. Observe the rolls appear in correctly.
