Feature Request: Option for manual LL increase to not give SP/Licence/etc

In order to facilitate a Manna-based campaign, I would like to request a toggle which disables automatic increases of Talent Points, Licence Points, HASE Points, and Triggers when increasing LL manually. Having the automatic system always-on for a Manna-based campaign adds more confusion than necessary, and using the Reserves to increase these for the Long Rim Manna system would be the ideal.
Grit increases with LL do not need to be altered.
