Re-Implement "Export Pilot" for Remote Resources

There is an opened issue with the same name, which can be found here: massif-press/compcon#3364 . But since the issue isn't tagged yet, I want to bring it up again just in case it was missed. Here is a copy Markdown of said issue.

Problem or Motivation

I am unable to export pilot data for pilots shared with me as Remote Resources. As the group GM, who also manages the Foundry application server for the sessions, I am unable to export the groups json files ahead of our sessions and import them to prepare for the session ahead of time, leading to issues/delays on sessions whenever new data has to be loaded, configured, corrected.

Proposed Solution

Prior to v3, I was able to export data for any pilot I had access to, either as a local or remote resource. The only workaround right now that I have found is to have each player send me their share code, load them as a remote resource, and then at a deadline prior to the session converting each to a local, which then re-adds the ability to export their data for import into Foundry.
