[UX] CompCon Hangs slightly when clicking "Add Equipment"

Description

Clicking "Add Equipment" on a pilot's tactical profile causes CompCon to briefly hang as it loads/prepares the list of standard equipment.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new pilot.
2. Navigate to Tactical Profile tab.
3. Under "Special Equipment", click "Add Equipment"
4. Observe that Compcon becomes briefly unresponsive as it loads

Expected result

Clicking "Add Equipment" is slightly more performant; Comp/Con V2 can quickly pull up all standard equipment even with several LCPs (including all first-party) are installed.

Additional information

Reporting this mostly as a concern for when additional LCP data is added. It's slow to load every time the menu opens, indicating that it's also not being cached.

I made a few changes for this and it's better now but still hangs pretty badly. I think there is component reloading even though there "shouldn't" be based on what I understand of the subcomponent lifecycles. I marked it as "Help Wanted" if anyone wants to take a look, the offender(s) would be in src/ui/components/CompendiumBrowser/CCCompendiumBrowser.vue, or at least I think.

Going to let this roll around in my head for a couple of days to see if I can think of anything that doesn't require a full re-architecting of the browser component
