Transfer MuntasirSZN/mise-codelldb

This is a vfox plugin to install https://github.com/vadimcn/codelldb. There are vsix release assets only which are just zip files. https://ungh.cc is used (https://github.com/unjs/ungh) in case github rate limit reached. It can be removed. I did it because mise was bruteforcing me with rate limits even with GITHUB_TOKEN set. Link => https://github.com/MuntasirSZN/mise-codelldb

why are you using mise to distribute a vscode extension?

Ummm its not a extension. Its a debug adapter (also known as a dap). Its somewhat focused for vscode, but can be used on other editors (I use in neovim).

I was using https://github.com/mason-org/mason.nvim which had codelldb in it. I don't want to use it anymore as I use mise for kind of everything dev related. mason is the golden standard for installing things in neovim (like lsp, formatters, linters, daps etc etc).
