Can't find packages when trying to install on HoloISO SteamOS 3

As stated in the title, when I try to install this through paru, it simply says that it can't find the packages:

:: Resolving dependencies...
error: could not find all required packages:
rocm-hip-sdk (target)
rocm-opencl-sdk (target)

I'm on HoloISO SteamOS 3, with an R9 5900X and RX 6700 XT.
I've tried different methods and searched for a few days, but nothing has worked.
I'm also relatively new to Linux, so if you can help, I would appreciate it if you explained it like I was a complete beginner.

I may have found a solution by temporarily changing [community-rel] to [community] in "pacman.conf".
