Hello TIDAL Developer Team,

This is a TIDAL Developer Platform question, not a consumer account or feature request.

I am developing ALDE, a custom application using the official TIDAL API with Authorization Code + PKCE. The TIDAL account has an active reactivated subscription, and OAuth authorization was completed again successfully.

The API returns the following for track manifests:

trackPresentation: PREVIEW
previewReason: FULL_REQUIRES_HIGHER_ACCESS_TIER
access tier: THIRD_PARTY
drmData: absent

Client ID: uHhySPL7RhtKLLI3

Could you please clarify:

1. Whether public third-party applications can request FULL track manifests.
2. Whether an application review, Production Mode approval, or partner program is required.
3. Whether the official TIDAL Player SDK is mandatory for full playback.
4. What the eligibility criteria and application process are.

I am not asking to bypass TIDAL playback controls and will follow the official SDK, attribution, subscription-gating, and caching requirements.
