Plan alpha launch

• Define our goals for the alpha launch (it is important for us to have the clear vision, and also handful to check the success or fail of the alpha launch)
• Agree on areas where we want to get feedback from partners (maybe define particular topics or questionnaire)
• Set the period of alpha testing or criteria if its completion
• Prepare flow of onboarding partners
• Create the communication channel for partners support (separate Telegram group?)
• Clarify who will do what during the alpha testing
• Discuss risks and how to deal with them
• Have options what we will do in case of problems

Flow of onboarding partners

• Perform a meeting with demo of functionality and best practices
• Share a document with an instruction for partners?
• Have developers ready to take partner’s bounties
• Agree with the partner’s responsible persons that they will
  • Produce detailed bounty specifications.
  • Define bounty prices and expectations on timing.
  • Answer questions and clarify requirements.
  • Review pull requests in a timely manner.
• Test beforehand the payment for the partners bounties (if partner should top up the wallet for bounty payments?)
• Agree on the limitations for bounties or payments if any

Manage first bounties experience for partners

• Thorough control of the first partners bounties implementation

Detailed demo for the partner projects

Create issue

• Produce appropriate issue specifications (show examples of best practices or general recommendations).
• Define that this issue is a bounty for the DevPool, bounty price and expectations on timing (define how to do this in the partner's repo).

Support bounty hunter

• Assign a bounty hunter.
• Answer questions (timely, reply in the issue comment).
• Clarify or change requirements (post new requirements in the issue comment).

Review and accept

• Review pull requests (timely, request changes if required, ask questions in the PR comments - not in a chat).
• Accept done bounty (merge PR?).
• How payment is performed (agree on the payment flow).

After bounty is completed

• Discuss something with the bounty hunter (tag the bounty hunter in the issue comment).
• What to do in case of any problem (contact Ubiquity in the Partner support chat).
