Handling false positives due to high entropy strings in binary files

I wanted to know if the binary files(.otf or .webp) need to be scanned or not.
We can ignore scanning those files(putting in .vibesafeignore) reducing the number of false positives.

I have updated the scanner to filter out files like that and also added prefix requirements for AWS key false positives!
