Reduced lip creates a trough at the top of the finger slide #278

Description

@pjcreath

Something about the way the reduced lip is getting carved out of the block is truncating the top of finger slide, resulting in an inset trough that somewhat defeats the purpose of the finger slide when fingerslide_lip_aligned = true.

In contrast, if I use a regular lip with fingerslide_lip_aligned, it creates a nice smooth surface all the way up.

I think the alignment is still working properly, but whatever's eliminating the beveled edge at the bottom of a regular lip is also cutting off the top of the finger slide.
