Enhancements for ActiveBody#run #1298

PALIGHT-73 was solved by adding a notification mechanism before the termination of the ActiveBody when an exception in InitActive occured. It would be interesting to investigate if this mechanism should be used also when an exception occurs in other parts of ActiveBody#run.
