Relocating https://owncloud.dev/ocis-php-sdk/ to https://owncloud.dev/clients/ocis-php-sdk/api

In the dev docs:

Currently, the API is located in a subfolder from the root named ocis-php-sdk/,
but the documentation itself is located at /clients/ocis-php-sdk.

This is totally confusing and should be cleaned up.

The common root for all of the php-sdk should be /clients/ocis-php-sdk,
and for the API it is then consequently a subfolder such as /clients/ocis-php-sdk/api

On any relocation, the readme needs an update too, reflecting the new path.

We could think about adding a manually created redirection file on the old location if one has bookmarked it

And btw, when building local, the content of the docs folder should be git ignored except .nojenkins

As I understand the github action docs, it will always show the repo name: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/getting-started-with-github-pages/creating-a-github-pages-site#next-steps
But I actually don't know how the docs are deployed, we would need to understand how that works to see what the options are.

@individual-it let me say it, it is totally crap how owncloud.dev was setup and maintaining it is ... 😱 (an I am very polite here)

In a nutshell all documentation providing repositories are "independent" and push their docs content to owncloud.dev via a drone step. The repos doc build process defines the "subdirectory" to use as their root, which is then pushed. Means if one makes a change in one repo, it pushes independent from other repos into the (hopefully) right location. If there is an issue - find it..., if you need to make a change (censored)...

ocis copies to /
web pushes to clients/web
rclone pushes to clients/rclone
ocis-php-sdk pushes to clients/ocis-php-sdk

BUT: the api is built in a different way here and uses the root path:

is: /ocis-php-sdk (a folder from the owncloud.dev root !)
should: clients/ocis-php-sdk/api/

You see the steps in the Makefile at def docs(): and it is hard to follow with respect to the outcome you finally see.
