[Feature]: Onboarding system that allows you to dial in defaults

Problem Description

This is a really cool project but I'm running into some issues, I only use opencode and I know it's supported but I had to basically edit all of the templates and such to 'remove' instances of claude, as well as manually edit the files to change the default agent off of claude and on to opencode (and even then the TUI seems to cache this state until the agent runs but that's minor)

it would be nice if this kind of flow was built in or at least if you could configure some of this stuff a bit more easily, so people can more easily bring in their own agents and setups that work for them

What changed

orch init now auto-detects your adapters. During initialization it probes for installed AI CLIs (claude, opencode, codex, cursor) and:

• If only one is found → auto-selects it
• If multiple → interactive prompt to choose
• Pass --adapter opencode to skip detection entirely

Agent templates are adapter-agnostic. Shop templates (orch agent shop) no longer hardcode claude + claude-sonnet-4-6. Instead they use semantic tiers (balanced, capable, fast) that resolve to the correct model for your chosen adapter. So orch agent shop backend-dev with OpenCode will create an agent with the right OpenCode model, not a Claude model.

MCP skills auto-filtered. Skills like testing-suite:generate-tests (colon-format MCP skills) only work with the Claude CLI. When your default adapter is OpenCode/Codex/Cursor, these are automatically stripped from agent templates so you don't get broken skill references.

Default agent uses your adapter. The agt_creator agent created during init now uses your chosen adapter instead of always defaulting to Claude.

How to use

# Fresh project — will detect opencode automatically
orch init

# Or explicitly
orch init --adapter opencode

# Existing project — re-init picks up the new defaults
rm -rf .orchestry && orch init --adapter opencode
