Can not build without other missing dependencies #1

Can not build without the other included projects:
C:\proj\pdf\include
C:\Qt\2009.01\qt\include
Please provide any additional information below.
Can you please make "C:\proj\pdf" available in the downloads ?
Can you put a ZIP file in downloads that has all the correct revision of
binaries :
jpeg62.dll
libpdf.dll
poppler-qt4.dll
QtCore4.dll
QtGui4.dll
