MaxScore in pLink

Hello,
in pLink, peptides are given a value, MaxScore. Is this a probability of the match being correct?

Hi Chris,

The Score column in the CSV file represents the value generated by pLink3's internal machine learning model for automatically classifying positive and negative samples. To some extent, it can be understood as the probability of being correct.
