Enzymatic digestion not listed in the drop-down menu

Hi there, PLink has been fantastic and super easy to use but I've recently come across a problem.

Some of my XL-MS samples are sequentially digested using AspN and GluC (no trypsin). This isn't an option in the PLink 3 drop-down menu - is there a simple way to encode this/add it to the UI?

Hi Leo,

You can add a new enzyme by following these steps:

1. Open pConfig.exe. You can do this by double-clicking pConfig directly, or via the Meta Data Configuration option from the Options drop-down menu at the top of the pLink GUI.
2. Select the Enzymes tab.
3. Based on the format of the existing enzymes, add the enzyme you need. Generally, set Type to 0, which represents specific digestion at both ends of the peptide.
