Executable bit on non-executable files

Hello!

While building an [index](https://github.com/decredcommunity/translations/blob/master/index.md) of translations I discovered that 42 files in your repo have executable bit set, which is commonly unset for non-executable files (.md .jpg .ttf and so on).
