Thank you advance for your help. I have run kallisto to quantify a series of RNA seq experiments and I was going to analyze the results with sleuth. Never tried this before and I was following the walkthrough but I don't seem to be able to load the results.
sample_id <- dir(file.path("/home/.../Desktop/OS11_21_23_kallisto_quant/kallisto_quant", "results"))
sample_id
character(0)
I checked the folder structure for the results and it looks correct.
I am sure this may be a very simple oversight on my side but I would really appreciate any help!
