Websocket dispatches new incoming reports to all connected clients on moderation dashboard

Example scenario:
pb2 is in channels A, B
user X - no pb2 perms in A, moderation pb2 perms in B
user Y - report perms in A
user Z - random pleb

moderation perms in B grant X access to channel's pb2 web dashboard

X has B's dashboard open
Y reports Z in A
X can see Z's report in A on B's dashboard

real life example:

Hottestbear was on nymn's dashboard, he doesn't have any pb2 perms in #smaczny - he saw my report while he was on #nymn's dashboard (see that bot name is botnextdoor).
