Adds a prominent `MeruTVLWidget` component to the landing page hero area, placed before the partners logo slider. The widget fetches Meru's vault TVL using the same hooks and calculation logic as the partners page (useVaults + useTokenPrices), displays it in a large lime-colored number with an APY badge, and includes a loading skeleton state.
