Roadmap content for subproject pangeo-forge seems outdated

In the Roadmap README file, the Subproject heading includes a description of https://github.com/pangeo-forge/pangeo-forge, but the URL redirects to a different repo /pangeo-forge-recipes.

Also, there are badge links in this section, but they don't appear to provide useful information:

1. the CI badge is broken and
2. the coverage badge renders as "unknown"
