Radio button checked not aligned

Small bug.
Radio Button when checked it's not center.

This is a rounding error. For example if your screen has a pixel density of 5.0 (you can hardcode that value in ApplicationWindow.qml in order to reproduce this bug) Units.dp(20) equals 22 and Units.dp(10) equals 11 pixels. Now Qt tries to center the 11 pixels inner circle in the 22 pixels outer circle while aligning both to integer pixels which results in a 5 pixel difference at the top and 6 pixels at the bottom.
