Relicense as Mozilla Public License Version 2.0 #361

Description

@iBelieve

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/MPL/2.0/

This will allow developers to use the library in proprietary apps and on iOS, but will still keep any changes/improvements to the library as open source. Also see #253.

We'll need to get permission from all the contributors to relicense their changes under the MPL.
