💡 Social network share buttons

It also involves generating proper headers for og/Twitter etc... do you think you can tackle it?

I'm working on this at the moment on my fork. I'm just doing a tweet button for the moment, hoping to finish it in a few days to get it merged in time for a blog post I've written to go live.

We could also add a Facebook share button but I’m not sure it’s worth it as I think most people use twitter for this sort of thing.
