Feature request: port forwarding by environment variables

What's the feature 🧐

It would be nice with something simplified environment value like qbittorrent_enable=true and plex_enable=true for port forwarding

That description works, but it would be cleaner, less confusing etc if it could be baked in behind just an environment value.

Subscribe to #2700 which will finally get merged next week for qbittorrent. For plex, feel free to suggest a shell script to add 😉
