Feature request: Ability to try another server if IPv4/ IPv6 VPN exit address ends on DNSBL such as dronebl

What's the feature 🧐

Hi.

I would like for the ability for Gluetun, to reconnect or switch to another server from a VPN provider if an IPv4 / IPv6 address is detected on DroneBL as blocked.

The same could apply to any DNSBL.
