Multi-meeting cockpit layout + setup UX #15

Description

@YJack0000

Goal

A dedicated multi-meeting cockpit layout for the "I'm juggling / stepping in and out of meetings" scenario, plus the setup UX to link an account and join meetings.

Tasks

Layout

  • A new app layout (alongside full / assistant / transcript) tuned for joined/observed meetings.
  • Meeting switcher (tabs / sidebar list) showing each session: title, status (live / waiting room / ended), an "unread / new since you looked" indicator.
  • Per-meeting view: catch-up summary up top, live transcript, evals / next-move.
  • At-a-glance board: see all active meetings and which one needs your attention (e.g. someone addressed you).

Setup UX

  • Link your Google account once (login persisted locally); show linked status + unlink.
  • Join a meeting by URL → starts an observing session; show/hide the underlying browser window.
  • Transparency / consent notice: you appear as a real participant; remind about recording-consent laws (two-party consent / GDPR).
  • Mark the whole feature experimental; Google Meet only initially.

Part of the "Multi-meeting co-pilot & catch-up mode" epic.
