# Every broker/DB integration Dockerfile.runner uses the repo root as its
# build context (`context: ../../../..`) but only COPYs a handful of paths
# (the broker test package.json, tsconfig.json, src/, tests/).  Without
# this file Docker streams the ENTIRE working tree to the daemon —
# node_modules, .git, the examples' bundled static assets, dist — which is
# gigabytes and makes a local `docker compose build` appear to hang at
# "transferring context".  CI checkouts have no node_modules so they were
# already fast; this keeps local runs fast too.
