On macOS Sequoia 15.7.3, nothing called "Profiles" exists on that page of System Settings. The correct setting is instead located under "Device Management".
I'm guessing the setting's location changed in macOS 26? If so, mentioning this change in the location of the setting might save some people (like me) some confusion hunting for it.
