Hello,
I am contacting you regarding the development of the electronic wallet system PR.com / PAYEER, which has recently caused significant financial losses to many users. According to publicly available information, approximately 34 developers participated in the creation and development of this system.
At the moment, a large number of users report that funds (amounting to hundreds of thousands of euros) are effectively frozen or inaccessible. There are growing concerns that the platform may have been involved in large-scale fraudulent activity affecting users from the EU, Ukraine, and other countries.
Because of this situation, I would like to ask:
Whether any of the developers involved in the project could provide technical or administrative information about the system infrastructure or responsible entities.
Whether any contributors have knowledge about the operators or owners of the platform.
Whether any information could help affected users or investigators understand how the system was managed and who controlled user funds.
If any contributors are able to share relevant information with affected users or with authorities investigating this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
