I can confirm this. It is the same situation in Contao 4.13.54 | Social Feed 2.13.7

I can partly confirm this. For us it's every 5 minutes, regardless of backend setting. Contao 4.13.50, Social Feed 2.13.7

Side note: The version in the backend view of each feed is still 2.13.5, should be 2.13.7 atm.
