Adaptability to 33cm

How easy or hard would it be to adapt this design to cover the 33cm band?

I think that's possible. You need to find a vco for this band, starting at say a 100MHz lower to cover for the IF offset. The 23cm filter is tunable, the amplifiers might need some additional copperfoil or trimmers. Maybe a small wire loop to extend the length. And the antenna switch uses a lambda/4, so lengthen this too.
