hcaptcha not working

I installed hcaptcha in joomla 5, start my form and it looks ok click i am not a robot, I get fault codes,
Captcha was wrong and not valued field in captcha
What can I do?

Which Joomla version do you use, which hcaptcha version?
Which contact form do you use? Joomla's default (com_contact)?

Which browser do you use?
Have you tested it with another browser?
